Two Vegan Travel Inspired Doctor’s Bags
November 24th, 2010 | vegan bags
The first is a pretty awesome faux leather doctor’s bag like purse with topographical maps on it and a par avion envelope pocket.
The second is a faux leather travel inspired messenger bag. Both from the fabulous modcloth.com.
Which one do you like better?
By the way, how beautiful were old air mail envelopes?
Hey Victoria,
I received your message through one of PETA’s online forms, and I’d love to take you up on your offer, but the email address you provided won’t go through. Please contact me! :)

Thank you so much for getting in touch. Sorry about my email address…. I’m so excited about this. I will be sending you an email about this today!
Personally, I think the one in the Dr’s satchel style is much cuter – mostly because it has an added bit of whimsy (though I suppose that a messenger bag makes more sense with the intended theme), but also because it has noticeably less of the faux-leather trim. It seems like most of the time, it’s so hard to tell what is and what isn’t (vegan) unless you get up close or read a label, but there are so many other materials out there! Weird.
Me too. I love doctors bags. They are my favorite kind of handbag… I honestly think more and more people are going to be changing their ways and their companies ways and either making things out of all vegan materials or at least labeling vegan items better. For example, lulus.com and modcloth.com and urbanoutfitters.com already kind of do that… so yay. Thanks for commenting! How did you find my blog if i might ask??
