Vegan Riding Boots for Fall

Fall is coming. Oh no.

I’m not ready! I’m never ready. Summer is my favorite season. I like everything about it. I like how it lasts for a long time. Spring feels too urgent, like the extreme beauty of the flowering trees is only here for a few days, and you have to rush to be outside and enjoy it, knowing it will all be gone soon. But Summer stays long enough for you to relax and enjoy it.

Ah the passage of time!

Anyway, there are a few good things about fall haha.

One of them is wearing some nostalgic attire, such as equestrian riding boots.

But the past two falls I have not noticed any truly cool looking vegan riding boots on the market.

I received an email the other day about a new vegan shoe company called Emanuelle Francesca that is launching this fall, and they will be selling some wonderful looking classic riding boots, made with no animal materials.

These shoes have not yet become available but when they are, I will let you know.
I love it when vegan shoe companies start. The more the merrier, really.
What do you think of these? I am a fan. Have you managed to find any good vegan boots? I’d love to hear any recs.

A Smattering of Vegan Shoes from GoJane.com

Guys, remember the site Gojane.com?

It has a very large selection of “unintentionally vegan” shoes. Every shoe I looked at had “all manmade materials” in the description.

I wrote about Gojane.com in my article “where to find cool vegan shoes online”, but kind of forgot about it. I decided to give it a gander to see what’s new.

They have some very tacky styles, but also some diamonds in the rough, so check it out, if you feel like buying or browsing some very cheap shoes!

Here are some of my selections:

white pumps from gojane $14

These remind me of this iconic photograph

all white shoes do.

How about these awesome floral heels:

these remind me of the following BEAUTIFUL shoes:

are those real roses? How beautiful.

Rosette Side Platform heel, $27

Next,

floral chiffon wedge, $29.50

I love that print!

and finally,

These slightly trashy  shoes make me think of Barbie. and i like them.

I guess the Vegan company Melissa is kind of like the real life equivalent of Barbie shoes, since they are made out of the same material. very cool.

Bye guys!
